Grief counselors may want to consider this book to give to clients who ask the question "Do you have anything I can read?"

This tape is designed to help those with post-traumatic stress reactions recover from their symptoms. Side one is an informative lecture that educates about physical responses to trauma, setbacks, and stages of recovery. Side two is a relaxation exercise designed to reduce arousal and help the listener regain their sense of emotional and physical control.
