Who We Are

The San Francisco Bay Area Network for End-of-Life Care is a diverse group of professionals and volunteers working in and committed to the improvement of end-of-life care in the San Francisco Bay Area. The membership of the Bay Area EOL Network includes men and women representing local hospices and related institutions as well as a variety of non-profit organizations that serve the many end-of-life needs here. They meet monthly to discuss current developments, share information and work toward common goals.

Celtic spiral design Their logo design is taken from the Celtic burial mound at New Grange in County Meath, Ireland. It is one of the oldest Celtic symbols, pre-dating the arrival of Christianity in Ireland. It has been described as representing the three stages of human existence: Birth, Death, and Eternity.
